On the occasion of 20th  anniversary, the lisforum_orissa is going to publish the Online Bilingual(English-Hindi) Annual Issue 2026 on the theme "CONTRACTUALIZATION OF LIBRARY PERSONNEL: COMPROMISING THE CORE / पुस्तकालय कर्मचारियों का अनुबंध-आधारित होना: मूल उद्देश्यों से समझौता"

The abstract of the theme, along with submission guidelines,  both in English and Hindi, is attached.

You are requested to contribute feature articles, short communications, and case studies on the theme or its related aspects in either English or Hindi. Please share your rich ideas, knowledge, and experience in the 2026 Annual issue to support the development of the LIS profession and professionals.

All write-ups will be checked using Turnitin Feedback Studio plagiarism software (a similarity of 10% will be allowed). There will be zero tolerance for AI-generated papers. 

Please submit your write-ups by 10th October 2026, along with your full name, designation, Affiliated Institute, e-mail ID, ORCID ID, and a passport-size photograph, through e-mail only to lisforumorissa@gmail.com or drsksatpathy@gmail.com. 

All articles/short communications will be assigned a DOI and uploaded to the lisforum_orissa website and the International Open Source repository.
